Where the Money Goes
Our 2026 goal is to raise $115,000 to support families across the city.
Funds are used for:
Thanksgiving Grocery Kits
Each family receives a complete grocery kit with everything needed for a full meal.
Event & Logistics
Transportation, storage, packing supplies, and distribution setup to ensure a smooth and organized experience.
Essential Operations
Basic costs required to run the initiative responsibly, including coordination, communication, and platform expenses.
We keep all expenses as efficient and minimal as possible.
How Families Are Determined
In October, we will calculate:
- Total funds raised
- Total operational costs
- Total number of families we can support
Our goal is to serve at least 200 families.
After the Event
Once the event is complete, we will share:
- Total funds raised
- Total amount spent
- Cost per family
- Number of families served
Any remaining funds will be donated to a charity selected by contributors.

We protect the privacy of everyone involved.

- Donor identities remain private (unless they choose otherwise)
- No photos or personal details are shared without consent
